Mobile Lymphatic Drainage /surgery recovery

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body.  The Therapy can relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury and surgery to detoxification, general relaxation, pain reduction, Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue syndrome, and migraines.

client will need to have hands and feet exposed for dipping into warm wax bath.

Warm wax strips applied to area of discomfort.  Client will need to have area of treatment free of clothing for warm wax strip application.  SUNDAYS ONLY - must have 24 hours notice!

 DoTERRA Therapeutic grade essential oils incorporated into each session and are available for purchase.

  Just as in massage consultation, a consultation is needed to help find the appropriate essential oil for our needs.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Chair Massage for Business

Businesses and organizations can reward their employees individually with a chair massage.   This is a shortened version of Swedish massage accomplished through clothing designed to give the client temporary respite from the days stresses, and to introduce clients to the benefits of regular massage.  Massage is accomplished through clothing so no preparation is necessary. 

Prebooking is essential with a sign up sheet with 15 minute slots prepared by business.   Clients will kindly remove belts,  and neck scarves.

Thai Foot massage with reflexology

Foot and leg scrub with One hour of lower leg massage with foot reflexology.

Myofacial cupping release

Decompression of soft tissue with use of dynamic (movement) cupping and stretching to relieve sore muscles

Yomassage

One hour of gentle restorative yoga poses with bolsters and blankets.  Followed by gentle massage release.  All in a calm setting with soft music and aromatherapy.  Class is per person with minimum of two and maximum of four people in class.
